The anti-theft alarm (ATA) is deactivated by:
unlocking the vehicle centrally using the transmitter key
unlocking the vehicle centrally by opening a front door
unlocking the vehicle centrally via the lock switches (only , ).
The Pneumatic systems equipment (PSE) control module (combined) (A37) receives the command "unlock vehicle" via CAN and then deactivates all alarm inputs. |
The ATA is not deactivated if the vehicle is unlocked
via the interior central locking switch (S6/1s2) or
via the emergency opening function.
Deactivating the ATA results in the cancelation of a previously triggered alarm. |
